I have also used the network config wizard and get the same error. Gives the "Transfer connection interrupted: ECONNABORTED - Connection aborted". I connect to the PowWeb webserver but it stalls out. Now, I have to put in an external IP address. I have always used the recommended settings. I have not changed any hardware - upgraded to new Filezilla 3.8 a couple of days ago.
